One evening I was chatting with my wife. She mentioned that one of her bucket list items is to visit Niagara Falls. We decided right then to visit for a three-day weekend.
As we planned the quick visit, I decided to stay a bit longer in the area and visit an Army buddy near Albany, NY. The plan continued to evolve to include one of my bucket list items: "eat a lobster roll in Maine".
